Our well-equipped welding and fabrication facility in Wolverhampton is specifically designed for medium-sized bespoke fabrications. We can work with components weighing up to 5 tonnes, ensuring we can easily handle even the most complex projects.

Our state-of-the-art CNC machinery enables us to deliver precise prototypes and handle full-volume production runs. What Is Steel Fabrication?

Steel fabrication involves taking raw materials and shaping them to their required form. The fabricating processes include cutting or burning, forming, machining, or welding.

Fabrication is different from other manufacturing processes. For example, fabrication can create end products or it can develop parts for making products.

The most common materials joined are Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel (Check out our blogpost on “What Is Mild Steel“). However, we can also work with several other alloys such as Aluminium, Duplex and Super Duplex.

Our Welding and Fabrication department holds a wide range of steel. Including tube, plate, bar and rolled section. Because of this, we can respond immediately to your request and deliver on time.

The welding methods we use are TIG, MIG, Stick & Fusion. All applications are to ISO standards. We only use the highest skilled coded welders. Please visit our Welding Services page for more information.

The company holds a library of Welding Procedures. Because of this, we can cover most welds and material grades.

We are also able to arrange a third party NDT if the job requires it.
