Varlowe Industrial Services offer a CMM inspection service using our brand new CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

Our CMM services provide unbeatable services such as dimensional Analysis, CAD comparisons, tool certifications and reverse engineering.

Products can arrive in all configurations, so measuring each point must be done accurately.

CMM plays a critical role in ensuring our products are the exact measurements to the customer’s specification.

We use the latest version of the popular CMM software, PC-DMIS CAD. The software allows us to measure everything from simple prismatic parts to complex aerospace and automotive components. It supports the latest technologies and the most demanding applications.

Our well-trained operatives not only use the machines but are also highly skilled in maintaining them. Maintenance is essential in ensuring that they can give accurate readings and results every time

What Is CMM?

A CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is a device we use to measure the quality and dimensions of a product.

With the object placed on the table of the CMM, a 3-axis positional probe can measure a single point or a whole part. 

The probe can measure the most complex shapes quickly and precisely. It is one of the most notable advantages of using CMM. The examination is controlled manually or automatically using the PC-DMIS software.

Various manual tools can digitally measure and analyse your part. Very few can offer the reliability that a CMM does.
