Based out of our Wolverhampton head office, we offer nationwide support working from our fleet of fully equipped vans.
Our highly proficient Class 1 Coded Welding engineers specialise in all forms of pipework welding up to 6G positions
For the most common materials like stainless steel, our on pipe welding service vans are fully equipped with everything needed to carry out the project. Utilising mobile Diesel and Petrol generators enables us to access the most remote of locations.
The more specialist materials such as aluminium, will have to be brought into our Wolverhampton workshop where Varlowe’s highly experienced class 1 coded engineers will take over the project.
We employ highly proficient multi coded welding engineers that specialise in all forms of industrial pipe welding and fabrication. From full pipework fabrication systems and repairs (inc emergency gas pipe repairs) to underground MDPE fusion welding.
As a result of being multi coded, our engineers can work with many types of processes, materials and positions.
All of our Codings are to ASME XI and BS EN/ISO standards.
As a Safe Contractor accredited company, you can rest assure that health and safety is our top priority. On top of this, we have our own company requirements which we follow as a strict code of practice.
Our on site welding and in house service engineers also follow a set of strict internal Welding Procedures. This is done regardless the size of the project.

On request, we provide all qualified welding procedures, welder approvals, and weld specifications.
As a strict code of practice, Varlowe Industrial Service engineers mark each and every weld to identify the welder. A 100% detailed visual inspection of all welds is carried out and recorded. This routine is carried out regardless of the job specification.
