On-site welding services dispatched nationwide. Our fully equipped mobile fleet and Class 1 coded welders handle critical emergency repairs, shutdowns, and planned industrial projects.

Nationwide Mobile Welding Services & Rapid Mobilisation

When your site is at a standstill or a shutdown window is exceptionally tight, you cannot afford to wait. We provide nationwide on-site welding services directly from our Wolverhampton headquarters.

Our fully equipped mobile fleet is ready to deploy for emergency repairs and critical modifications. Each mobile unit carries the necessary plant and consumables for TIG, MIG, and MMA processes, ensuring our engineers arrive on your site ready to strike an arc immediately and minimise your operational downtime.

Class 1 Coded Welders for Critical Infrastructure

Complex industrial environments demand absolute certainty. As an established industrial welding contractor, we do not just supply welders; we supply fully certified multi-coded engineers.

Our on-site teams work strictly to BS EN ISO 9606 and ASME IX standards, covering a comprehensive range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialised alloys. Whether you require flawless high-pressure pipework welds or heavy structural steel repairs for the nuclear, pharmaceutical, or offshore sectors, our coded welders deliver work that consistently passes independent Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) the first time.

Site Welding Services Across the UK

Our site welding services cover everything from emergency breakdown welding to planned shutdown work. Whether you need on-site welding services for a one-off repair or a coded welder for a multi-week refurbishment programme, our mobile fleet operates nationwide from our Wolverhampton workshop. All our on-site welding services are delivered by Class 1 coded engineers working to BS EN ISO 9606 and ASME IX standards, with full procedure documentation available on request.

Complete On-Site Welding and Metal Fabrication

You shouldn't have to halt your programme to send components back to a workshop. Our engineers bridge the gap between off-site manufacturing and on-site reality by delivering comprehensive welding and metal fabrication directly at your facility.

Backed by our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 accreditations, our mobile teams can seamlessly modify existing structural steelwork, install pre-fabricated pipe spools, and execute complex fabrication adjustments in the field.

This turnkey capability keeps your project moving forward safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications.

    FAQs

Everything you need to know about our welding service. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Please chat to our team.
Do you offer mobile welding services across the UK?
Yes. We provide nationwide mobile welding services from our Wolverhampton headquarters. Our fully equipped fleet can mobilise quickly to deliver on-site welding services for emergencies, shutdowns, and planned maintenance.
Are your on-site welding contractors coded?
Absolutely. Our industrial welding contractors are highly experienced and include BS EN ISO 9606 Class 1 coded welders. We ensure the highest standard of structural and pipework integrity across TIG, MIG, and MMA processes — every weld is labelled and undergoes detailed visual inspection. Third-party NDT testing can be arranged
    on request.
Can you handle welding and metal fabrication on site?
Yes. While we have a 4000 person-hour capacity in our fabrication workshop, our mobile teams can carry out extensive welding and metal fabrication modifications directly on your site, reducing the need to transport large components.
What welding standards do your welders hold?
Our welders hold current certifications in TIG, MIG, and MMA processes across multiple positions, including ISO 6G (all-position pipe welding). Certifications are maintained through regular renewal testing.

We maintain a library of approved Welding Procedure Specifications covering the most common material combinations. Where projects require procedures outside our existing library, we can develop and qualify new WPS to meet your specific requirements.
    Do you work outside Wolverhampton?
Yes. Whilst our fabrication facility is based in Wolverhampton, we deliver throughout the UK and have completed installation projects across the Midlands, North West, Wales and Southern England.

For particularly large or complex installations, we'll visit the site during the quotation stage to assess access, lifting requirements and any site-specific constraints that might affect fabrication design or installation methodology.
